Financial Assistance

Financial assistance will continue to be available to those individuals who my be unable to pay the full fee for Neurofeedback training. Due to the high demand and limited spaces available, anyone who would like to receive or continue receiving financial assistance will need to fill out an application form, which can be found at our front desk or by clicking on the file to download. Our financial assistance program is funded through the generosity of our staff, families and friends who support the Kingston Neurofeedback Assistance Fund.

Who is eligible to apply?

All current and future clients are eligible to apply for financial assistance. We will re-evaluate the eligibility of clients who miss more than 2 scheduled appointments without providing at least 24 hr notice.

Is assistance temporary?

Yes. Financial assistance is renewable if you and your doctor decide to continue training after completing the recommended number of sessions but you need to re-apply.

How do I apply for financial assistance?

Individuals applying for financial assistance must complete an application form (click here to download) and return it via mail, fax, email or in person. If you are a new client that is interested in obtaining financial assistance, we recommend that you fill out an application on your first visit so that you will receive a response before your next scheduled appointment. When do I know if I’ve been accepted?

Individual applications are reviewed regularly and we try to reach a decision within 48 hours. You will be notified by phone or email (preferred) with a decision.
